Swapnil has over 15 years of international experience in Business development, Research, IT, and Project management, with strong publication and consulting record. He has experience in leading diverse teams, assessing innovative solutions with good understanding of technology and bridging gap between stakeholders. Moreover he brings ample experience in project management (SAFe certified), Lean Six Sigma, and synchronization of collaborative activities.

Qualification

• PhD in Biomedical engineering from University Medical Center Groningen (Netherlands) and Luxembourg Institute for Health (Luxembourg) in the field of Alginate cell microencapsulation technologies to treat brain tumors.
• 1st Postdoc in NTNU- Norway in the field of MetaFluidics- combining metagenomics and microfluidics.
• 2nd Postdoc in SDU-Denmark in the field of developing 3D bioprinting (skin) models for fundamental and applied studies.
